Phillip A. Helon offers clients the experience gained through years of practicing law at a large national law firm. Mr. Helon prides himself on his prompt responsiveness to client needs and inquiries, at any time of the day or night. Mr. Helon treats all client matters, no matter how large or small, with the same importance, diligence and attention to detail.

He represents real estate developers and investors in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of real property for retail, office and residential purposes. He represents hotel developers and hospitality management companies in hotel and resort development, acquisition, financing, management and related matters.

He has represented investors and management companies in the acquisition, development and management of nationally flagged hotels, resorts and other commercial properties. He has represented developers in the development of large mixed-use properties, multifamily properties, and numerous other residential and commercial real estate matters.

Mr. Helon has represented national banking associations in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of real estate, commercial, and asset-based financing transactions. He has represented both privately and publicly held businesses in a variety of general corporate legal matters including securities, mergers and acquisitions. He also represents entrepreneurial businesses with capital formation, strategic business planning, and financial issues, and currently serves as outside general counsel for several companies.
